MX 338 - Southwick ACR Motocross

Congratulations to my brother Roy Vander Veur #3W for a great showing at round 7 ACR Motoctoss at the lengendary MX338 Southwick, MA.

"Track was good but very rough , pictures do not show the washboards that are everywhere knee to near waist deep whoops are not."

Note to self; More time in the gym would pay hugh dividends for this track.

250/Open 6-10 for 8th OA
125 GP 2-2 for 2nd OA

Going into the Southwick round Roy currently sits in 1st place 125 GP / 3rd Place Vintage 80"s Open Expert.

2008 Jamis Preview

I'm extreemly excited to share some of these pictures with you. Here are some of the new bikes Jamis has to offer for 2008. These are the product of two to three years of hard work by our product team. I know some of you have already seen prototypes of these bikes being ridden in the trails and roads of New Jersey. Well, here is the finished product. Enjoy.

Motocross - Thanks RC! Hello Racing!

Thanks to The GOAT (Gratest of all Time) for the memories. Now we can enjoy some racing action without RC or Bubba decimating the field.

So four men are within 19 points of this championship: Tim Ferry and Andrew Short, Grant Langston and Mike Alessi. Twenty-one points back is James Stewart, still a question mark after his Washougal knee injury. How’s it all going to turn out? I have my hunches, but I am going to sit back with everyone else and just enjoy what’s turned into a thrilling championship run that could still go any one of six different ways.

This season is shaping up to be the best ever!!! If you are not into moto, right now is the time to check it out. Great Action!!
